.Dr. Bourima Belgasem, LPI General Manager opened the meeting welcoming the guests and clarifying the importance of the deep cooperation between the LPI and the NOC in order to meet the highest objectives planned.

This is a highly – intensive 5-day course aimed at presenting proven approaches and techniques that will improve competence in the preparation and writing of technical reports throughout the course participants will be encouraged to spot their writing deficiencies and learn how to align them to achieve better results.
The course will be conducted in a workshop format based on (12) exercises and (4) video presentations.
