The downstream annual technical meeting between the NOC and LPI

ImageThe annual technical meeting between The NOC general department for oil and gas processing and the Libyan petroleum institute was held on Sunday 2nd of December at the LPI premises. The meeting was attended by the refining department manager, the processing department manager, superintendents and specialists from the NOC and by Dr. Bourima A. Belgasem LPI general manager, the R & D manager, the downstream laboratories manager as well as the relative technical coordinators, heads of research groups and some researchers from the LPI side.
