The events of 4th International Conference and Exhibition on the geology of southern Libyan Basins started on Monday, the 17th of November 2008, and more than five hundreds, national and international, scientists from all levels of geology related fields will gather in That El Emad Conference Centre in Tripoli. The National Oil Corporation (NOC) of Libya was the main driving force behind this event, thanks to ESSL and the NOC 1990 agreement that was signed between the two parties to ensure the continuity of national and international scientific gathering. ------------ |
