Visit to Sirte oil company and Zueitina oil company |

Libyan Petroleum Institute (LPI) held two technical meetings on Monday March 1st 2010 with Sirte oil company and on  Thursday March 4th 2010 with Zueitina oil company. The LPI was represented by the Chairman and members of management committee, technical departments mangers, head of business development office and head of planning office, The counterpart were represented by the Chairman and members of their management committee and technical departments mangers.
The discussion covered the LPI new strategy of improving and upgrading the capability of their technical staff to cover most if not all the analytical and Laboratory services and studies for the oil company in the field of exploration, reservoir exploitation,  production and environment. The meetings were preceded by a presentation reflecting all the service that LPI is capable of delivering to the oil companies both in laboratory testing services and studies. At the end of the meeting the two parties agreed to introduce together new study proposals that will pave the road for future cooperation.
