ISO 17025:2005 Surveillance Assessment |

 LPI’s ISO 17025:2005 Laboratory Management System Surveillance Assessment was done on the 10th May 2009 by DAP. This assessment was coordinated by the Quality System Office with the support from all the Laboratories, Supporting Departments in LPI and a consultant from ARPRO Training & Consultancy. The Surveillance audit was carried out to assess the existing ISO 17025:2005 Laboratory Management System established and implemented in LPI as part of its commitment to demonstrate its competence in producing technically valid data and results, customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
There were 2 NCR’s issued based on the assessment carried out. The assessor was satisfied with the implemented system. The top management had also pledged their continued commitment to the effective implementation of the system. |
